In recent years, INTEGRA Immobilien AG has developed into a key pillar within the INTEGRA Group, in line with the strategy of INTEGRA Holding AG. Its main objective is to increase the return and value of the INTEGRA Group’s investment portfolio in a long-term and sustainable manner. This is ensured by a focus on high portfolio quality, a growing residential share and the target of maintaining an equity ratio in excess of 60 per cent.

The 11 employees at INTEGRA Immobilien generate a turnover of around CHF 19 million through the letting of the company’s portfolio and the provision of services to the INTEGRA Pension Fund.

Change of name from Corbawa AG to INTEGRA Immobilien AG
2002
INTEGRA Holding AG has decided to redevelop the former industrial site south of Wallisellen railway station.
2002
This significant pioneering project marked the beginning of a transformation of the townscape of Wallisellen that continues to this day. INTEGRA Square covers approximately 40,000 m² and will soon comprise 409 modern flats as well as attractive office and commercial spaces.
2005
Move into the new headquarters at Hammerweg 1 in IntegraSquare.
2009
Completion and handover of the new INTEGRA Biosciences site in Zizers.
2009
The first phase of housing development at IntegraSquare has been completed.
2009-2016
Refurbishment of the properties owned by the INTEGRA Pension Fund in Volketswil.
2017
The refurbishment work on the company’s premises in Therwil will continue until 2018.
2018
Completion of and move into Sitek AG’s new business premises in Grenchen.
2018
Approval for the IntegraSquare Wallisellen development plan was granted in June. Over the next few years, the IntegraSquare development area will see the construction of tall and low-rise buildings, as well as alleyways and squares, allowing living and working to blend together naturally.
2019
INTEGRA Biosciences will be able to move into its new premises in Zizers in the middle of the year.
2020
INTEGRA Biosciences AG is acquiring a plot of land measuring around 3,800 m² on the neighbouring site in Zizers. Ground-breaking for a building extension will take place in June.
2020
Construction of the primary school on the IntegraSquare site in Wallisellen is set to begin in July.
2021
The ground-breaking ceremony for the extension to the INTEGRA SITEK AG premises in Grenchen will take place in April.
2021
The second extension to the INTEGRA Biosciences site in Zizers, which is set to be expanded into a 30,000-square-metre campus, is due to begin in November. It will create 250 new jobs.
2022
The extension to INTEGRA SITEK AG’s premises in Grenchen will be ready for occupation in March.
2022
Switzerland’s first primary school to be built under a public-private partnership is set to open its doors in August to twelve primary school classes.
2023
Completion and handover of the INTEGRA Campus to INTEGRA Biosciences AG in Zizers.
2024
Completion of and move into the longitudinal building in Buchenpark, Wallisellen.
2025
Construction of the high-rise buildings in Wallisellen begins.
